Private Events
The Agave Room and El Patio are Madero 1899's two private options available for bookings of 30-95 guests. There is no room rental charge for our private event spaces. Event hosts simply need to meet a food and beverage minimum. Private Event pricing options are listed below:

Non-Private Events
In addition to private events, we can accommodate non-private reservations for 25-35 guests with buffet service on The Patio. Facilities are available for 2 hours of event time. Preset Buffet Menus for Lunch and Dinner are provided below. The Brunch menu above (for private events) can also be applied to a large group Non-Private Event.
A $150 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due at the time of booking.
